The origins of both firms go back to the 18th century. Since 1722 and 1920 respectively Delius and Verseidag have been leading manufactures of high-class fabrics. In 1997 both firms joint their important lining divisions to form DEVETEX - a partner for the world-wide distribution of high-quality linings made in Germany.

Structural changes in the European textile industry are in full swing. There is only one recipe for success in order to stay competetive from a German location: to shape the future, to set the standards and to never stop acting.
